Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Bulin 47 AI at bulin47ai.cc, including our website, video generation tools, account features, credits, uploads, generated videos, and related services (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

The Service

Bulin 47 AI lets you upload a photo and generate a short video in which the person in the photo replaces the lead performer of a reference clip. The Service also offers other AI video tools, saves your generation history, and manages credits or paid access when those features are available.

AI-generated results can be unpredictable. Faces, hands, lip sync, background people, and other details may change or look wrong. We do not guarantee that any output will be accurate, unique, error-free, suitable for a particular purpose, or free from third-party rights concerns.

Independent Service

Bulin 47 AI is an independent, fan-made service. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Bulin 47, Kevin Wai, their record labels, or any AI model provider. The original performances, recordings, and music referenced by the Service belong to their respective owners.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Photos and Likeness

You may only upload a photo of yourself, or of another adult who has given you permission to use their likeness in an AI-generated video. You must not upload photos of minors, celebrities, politicians, or other public figures, and you must not use the Service to impersonate or mislead people about a real person.

We may block, delete, or refuse to process uploads that appear to break these rules, and we may refund or revoke the related credits.

Accounts

You may need an account to use certain features. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your login credentials secure, and promptly notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.

You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, create security risk, abuse the Service, or expose us or other users to harm.

Credits, Billing, and Refunds

Some features may require credits, subscriptions, one-time purchases, or other paid access. Prices, credit costs, plans, and feature availability may change over time.

Credits are a limited right to use eligible Service features. They are not cash, stored value, or a general-purpose currency. Unless required by law or expressly stated at checkout, purchases are final and credits are non-transferable and non-refundable.

If a generation fails or is blocked by the AI provider, the credits reserved for that generation are returned to your balance automatically.

Payments are processed by third-party payment processors. We do not store your full payment card details. You are responsible for any taxes, fees, or charges associated with your purchase.

User Content and Generated Output

"User Content" means prompts, text, images, reference files, feedback, and other materials you submit to the Service. "Generated Output" means videos, images, or other content generated through the Service from your User Content or settings.

You retain any rights you have in your User Content. You grant us a limited license to host, store, process, transmit, display, and modify User Content as needed to operate, secure, improve, and support the Service.

Subject to these Terms and applicable law, you may use Generated Output for personal or commercial purposes. You are responsible for reviewing whether your use of Generated Output is lawful and does not infringe or violate third-party rights, including copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, and likeness rights.

We do not provide legal clearance for prompts, uploads, generated videos, music, brands, characters, public figures, likenesses, or other third-party materials.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable law or regulation
• Submit or generate content that exploits minors or depicts sexual content involving minors
• Create, upload, or distribute non-consensual intimate imagery
• Harass, threaten, defame, or impersonate others
• Infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights
• Upload content you do not have the right to use
• Attempt to bypass safety, rate limit, payment, credit, or access controls
• Reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or disrupt the Service
• Use the Service to distribute malware, phishing, spam, or other harmful code
• Misrepresent Generated Output as human-created where that would be deceptive or unlawful

We may remove content, restrict access, refund or revoke credits, or suspend accounts when we reasonably believe these rules have been violated.

Storage and Availability

We may store prompts, uploaded files, generated videos and images, favorites, and generation history to provide product features. We do not guarantee permanent storage or availability of any User Content or Generated Output.

You should keep your own copies of important files. We may delete or make content unavailable if needed for legal, safety, security, abuse-prevention, storage, or operational reasons.

Service Changes

We may add, modify, limit, suspend, or discontinue features, models, credit costs, plans, or availability at any time. We may also impose usage limits to protect the Service or other users.

Intellectual Property

The Service, including our website, interface, software, design, logos, and documentation, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our trademarks, branding, or proprietary materials except as needed to use the Service.

Third-party names, logos, models, services, and brands remain the property of their respective owners.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, create risk for the Service, or use the Service in a harmful or unlawful way.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, and reliability.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption arising from or related to your use of the Service.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice by posting the updated Terms on this page or by another reasonable method. The updated Terms apply when they become effective.
